I can't make a reservation, but I still see tickets available in the webshop

Because we use a different capacity for tickets purchased through the Dolfinarium than for tickets purchased through a partner, it is possible that you can no longer make a reservation, while you can still buy tickets for that day in our webshop.

I bought tickets via Jumbo, do I need to make a reservation?

No, if you purchased your ticket(s) through Jumbo, you do not need to make an additional reservation for your visit.
