On this page you will find more information about rebooking your ticket.
Requirements
- Rebooking is only possible for unused tickets that are valid from 19-2-2022 up to and including 30-10-2022.
- Rebooking is only possible to a date in the 2022 season. Rebooking to another season is not possible.
I have a ticket without a fixed visit date
- You can simply make a new reservation in our ticket shop. You do not need a code for this and you do not have to notify us of the cancellation of your reservation.
- On the day of your visit, it is important that you have your entrance ticket to hand (e.g. e-ticket, voucher, coupon, etc.).
I have a ticket with a fixed visit date
- Send an email to [email protected] and include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Number of persons
- New desired visit date
- We aim to process all rebookings within 48 hours.
