Parking is available at P2: Lelykade and at P8: Zonneweide. From 1 September 2025, we recommend visitors to park at P2 Lelykade.
There is limited capacity at parking lot P2 Lelykade. At parking lot P8 Zonneweide there is more than enough parking space. From P8 it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the Dolfinarium. A day ticket costs €11.00 and is available at the parking meters or on the website of the municipality of Harderwijk.
On expected busy days, such as public holidays or busy weekends, a free shuttle train will run from P8 Zonneweide to the entrance of the Dolfinarium and back.
Note: Are you planning to visit the Dolfinarium only briefly? Then you can park at P6: Dolfinariumeiland (short parking). Here you can park for a maximum of 3 hours. Note: After 3 hours of parking, you cannot park at P6 for a full hour, so you cannot extend your parking time.
Buy your parking ticket in advance, park your car and walk directly into the Dolfinarium. Please note: day tickets are not for sale at the Dolfinarium ticket offices. Pay at the parking meters with exact change or debit card, or use a parking app like Yellowbrick or Parkmobile.
